Live page: https://imagetoexcelai.com/ ## How conversion works 1. Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF of a table. Screenshots, scans, and photos are all accepted. 2. The image is sent to a vision model so the rows and columns can be read. The configured provider is DeepSeek by default, through an OpenAI-compatible API. That provider can change. 3. Every column name and cell can be edited. Rows can be added or deleted before you copy the table or download Excel. 4. The service is meant to keep the original language, spelling, dates, and number formats as they appear. Check the cells against the image before you rely on the file. 5. An account is not required. Visitors who are not signed in use the Free limits. Sign-in uses Google. ## What is stored Signed-in conversions keep the uploaded image and the derived Excel file until the plan history period ends. A signed-out conversion, or a conversion that finds no table, is not stored in file storage after the request.
